The Deluxe Peel Set consists of:
Stainless-steel pizza peel: includes perforated head to remove excess flour, and adjustable length (950mm–1450mm).
Round peel: allows you to clean the part that touches the pizza.
Ember rake: for preparing the oven floor and moving the ash, embers and burning wood to the side.
Brush: equipped with brass bristles for effective cleaning and to preserve the refractory floor.
